Shipping

We ship from China to North America and Europe. Most pieces leave within 3–5 business days; made-to-order items take longer and we'll tell you upfront. Tracking is provided on every order.

Returns & exchanges

Unhappy with your piece? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because each item is handmade and one of a kind, we handle returns case by case — but we are reasonable people.

Care

Glass and ceramics are fragile by nature. Keep out of direct, prolonged sun; wipe with a soft dry cloth. Treat it like the thing a person made, because it is.

Sustainability

Short supply chain, honest materials, minimal packaging. No Western middleman means fewer miles and fairer pay to the maker.
