Refund policy

Handmade Nature of Our Pieces

Each WroughtWild piece is made by hand, so slight variations in colour, texture and form are natural and are part of what makes every object unique. Product photography is as accurate as possible, but your piece will never be a machine-perfect replica.

Return Window — 30 Days

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. There are no restocking fees.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also hold a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase of non-customised items. Our 30-day window is more generous and covers this right.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Pieces made to your specifications — bespoke commissions from our Bespoke Studio and personalised made-to-order silver — are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty. Each is made individually for you, which is why it cannot be resold or restocked. (Custom-made goods are also exempt from the EU right of withdrawal.)

How to Start a Return

Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
We reply within 48 hours with instructions and the return address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty or our error.

Refunds

Within 10 business days of receiving your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.
